I have been already booked (Rs.7156.86)complain on. 03/01/2021 08.30 am due to not satisfied in yr room at Puri Hotel gangotri and cancel my room on 03/1 to 04/1/2021and refund my money but no response till now.. I have already left this hotel on 03/01/2021 at 09.30am.so pls look into the matter and refund my money.
