My wife Smt MOU GHOSH had a pregnancy patient under Dr. Pranab Kr Biswas. She had high BP and Liver problems. Dr. Biswas suggested for some test urgently due to operation before one month delivery due date and it would be within 3rd or 4th October. Patient and baby had critical condition. My wife tested 12 differents test from MEDICAVE DR. LALPATHS at barrackpore, Kolkata 700122 on 30/09/2016 whose LAB NO - 233585633. I several times ask for test report and then told it would be delivery within 1 or 2 days. But they failed one report ie. PROTEIN TOTAL 24 HOUR URINE. Again I asked on 3rd October 16, but they told it may be on 4th October 16 after 1 PM. I told them my wife's operation would be 4th October 16 morning and I need it for urgency but they could not help me anything. My family was puzzled and haresed at that time. Next day morning ie. 4th October around 11 AM, she delivered baby child without that report. After 1:30 PM on that day, some one called me to collect the report. But I refused to collect and told her at this time this report is useless and please refund my tested value ie. ₹230/-. She told me they would not refund any money. We are harased and cheated by that pathological labs and our mental position was depressed. So my complains is that please take it as a serious matter and take an action against the path labs.
