missing items from my parcel through gati

I had sent my parcel through gati with docket no,416827647 from goa to mumbai. After missplacing my parcel for 2 days my receiver had to go and personally collect the item from Gati office at bhandup/Mumbai. Not finding any thing fishy the receiver signed the parcel and took it home. On opening the parcel it was found that the items in it were totally messed up and dumped in it. he got a doubt and send me a list of the items . On going through it i found out that 4 nos of expensive suit materials were robbed from it. From that that i have sent so many mails and called up gati but they are not interested to solve my proble, It looks like this theft thing is a common problem in gati and they care a damn if any thing is robbed from customers. Hope people realsie what gati is doing and stop using gati and teach them a lesson.
