Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that, I submitted all documents (Related my operation) in LIC office Kolkata month of DEC 2015.

Till dt - 22/4/2016 not received any phone call / mail or any kind of communication regarding my CLAIM.

I am very much shocked , because it is a Medical Insurance. And their attitude is so poor. I am surprised why they are not communicating with me with real fact?

Kindly look into this matter.
