Jio sim 7014016557 _ not able to use sim even after recharge of 2020

I had recharged my sim card no 7014016559 through my daughter'jio no 7851981483 by using coupon of 2020 on 15 jan 2020. But my jio nmbr 7024016559 has not started working till date. I contacted jio care so many tomes. Every time they told to do this or to do that or add some small amount. But nothing succeeded. Now last 2 wks, no one is responding. Either sim shud start working or refund shud be done.
