Jaabily Beach Inn complain about Not getting the Refund

One of the hotel in Visakhapatnam named "Jaabily beach inn" is not refunding amount Rs.6000 which I paid to them for hotel booking.
We have cancelled the booking & they assured us to give the full amount refund.
Since 10days they are just increasing the days & after sending several times still taking my bank details regularly but actually not refunding the money.
Now they just cut off our call
Please look into this.
Me & my husband are getting harrassed.
