hello i have complain for fraud in agoda while i had book a hotel on 26oct2022 in agoda nd the hotel name is granduddhav then in 15 to 20mins i immediate cancel the booking due to i had to change the plan even i was not in delhi that time. i had call the hotel manager they said they had talk with agoda even in app itt showing the booking is cancel . when i connact the agoda agency they said is never have booking in this hotel . i just want my refund from agoda and hotel agency .the hotel mananger is not picking my call .even i have proved of chat and payment where i had fully paid for booking.
