Subject: complaint about poor of 519 bus service

Respected madam/sir
My name is Monica Bharti.i live at bheem basti jonapur delhi.i am writing this letter to complaint poor bus service of 519 from Mandi to safdarjung bus terminal,and from safdarjung to Mandi Village. And after 12 ,many times i noticed that no bus comes till 3.
Bus driver doesn't stop bus at bus stand.bus service at 8 :15 to 9 :15 is very poor.no bus comes at 8 :15 to 9:15.i check many time on Google bus timing but bus does not come on time daily.travellers face many problems like becoming late for office. He behaves rood with females because of free bus pass.
Please resolve the public issues as soon as possible.i am very thankful to you.
