Gas silinder not supply in time, I have not gotten the gas silinder. So I am suffering more.

I Subarna Keshari Panda ,consumer no 605310,have booked a gas on dated 04.10.2018 vide booking no 529222 ,my cash memo already issued in online video no8344 on dated 13.10.2018 ,but still now I have not gotten the gas silinder. So I am suffering more.
