I booked local train ticket Mahima to Virar on UTS app on 04/03/2023 at about 08.05 a. m from my home at Mahim.

Ticket fare Rs. 15 was successfully received by Railway through my UPI ID.

I boarded the train from Mahim. At bandra I tried to show my ticket to TT on the app but it didn't reflect on the app due to which I had to pay fine of Rs. 260/- unnecessarily. I had to face the humiliation unnecessarily, without any fault on my part.

Due to failure to generate ticket on the part of railways UTS APP, I had to suffer loss of Rs. 260/- and had to face humiliation.
It is deficiency in service by Indian railways.

Therefore, Rs. 260/- may be refunded in my UPI account within 7 days.

Rs. 10,000/- may be given to me by Indian railways as compensation for making me face humiliation in public.

I am Advocate. I am reputed person in the society. It is very humiliating to be caught by the Ticket Checker on the railway station.
