Refund for Cancelled booking

Booking Complaint Complaint Date: January 30, 2023

I had initiated a booking on 22nd of January 2023 through MMT website for WHITE HOUSE BEACH RESORT, ALIBAUG.
The payment of Rs. 2746/- was completed through GOOGLE PAY application but the booking was unsuccessful on MMT website.
I tried to raise a ticket through the application but the upload of the screenshot of the payment was denied on the application.
I tried calling on the customer care number as well but they couldn't find any unsuccessful bookings. Though it was visible on the application and it was also showing the refund of the above mentioned amount. The ticket, however wasn't getting raised.
And now the unsuccessful booking has also vanished from the application as well as the website and the amount hasn't been refunded yet.
