Consumer complaint about Lenovo Laptop for Poor warranty service

I bought a Lenovo Laptop last year and wi fi does not work. I have an extended warranty and the service center is holding for now 17 days. They are expecting a part to arrive from somewhere but would not tell me when it would arrive or tracking number for the part.

For a company like Lenovo this part should have been there in the shop and the laptop should have been fixed in 48-72 hours I have lost a precious time not being able to use the laptop
