I booked my hotel for new Delhi on 31 Jan to 2 Feb 2018 my booking id was 251929853 name Vaishali shah.I booked deluxe room at hotel good times new delhi and pay for rs6315 for two nights. When we reached hotel they gave us very dirty bad and saffocation room.I suffer a lot with one small child when I talk with the manager he told that he has no room but you booked from Agoda do I accept it.when we told them to change rooms he changed it on next day but our first day at hotel was horrible and I face so many problems like breathing so I request Agoda to gave my money back because I can't get proper room which I booked so how I pay for it but they gave us only rs1594 and also they refund money in my bank account without my permission these cheat by Agoda.So I request jagograhak jago to help me in solve my problem.The Agoda can't gave answer of my email I wrote so many times that I am not satisfied with your amount because I pay for full amount for service but service and cooperation was poor room was dirty and I want

my money back.
