sir my self arun from karnataka, i bought leeco le 2 from lemall.com on 16/9/2016,, but i am facing some problem with phone so i requested for return, and request is accepted on 25/09/2016 and item as been picked up from me 29/9/2016,,from that day (29/9) every day i am talking with more then 4 customer executive upto today i talked more than 100 executives ,, they are telling that your refund is approved ,,its on process they are telling this from november 1st,,, upto today more 80 days over after pick up of my phone..refund is not yet done,,,regarding this i mailed to indiasupport@le.com more than 100 times provide my refund
