Dear sir/Madam,
With Joy i have ordered JBL sound bar which was delivered around on 7 or 8th oct 2016 but there was some issue in that so we have asked not to refund but exchange with working product (Bluetooth synchronisation issue and sound quality ) and again i have got this new product around on 15th or 16th Oct 2016 but once again this product was not met our expectation and same day we have asked to return back this product and process our refund. sorry to say from that day onwards i am struggling to return this product, every time they say it is in process and tomorrow some body will come and collect but so far nothing happened,fortunately one person has come from your NUVO EX agency and confirmed me since this speaker is very big and difficult to carry and i don't have vehicle as well to carry this so tomorrow i will come for pick up but he did not turned up infact i was shocked to see the message from snap deal that " since customer was not available so could not pick up" lie a completely lie now what i can say now we are ringing almost everyday basis for return back but only we are getting assurance no action and more over surprisingly snap deal customer care person has given courier agency number to talk to them directly for pick up but we are failed again they say we have not received any request.so no clue what is happening in snapdeal nobody is giving proper update.

Note: before picking placing the order we have asked about return policy which snapdeal has confirmed to “TRUST” us .i have so many messages and mail where I have got the confirmation that they are going to pick up the product but they do fail and then I have escalated to Mr Kunal throw twitter but it has become even worse now customer care and one lady who handles social media from snapdeal side is talking in a very rude way and telling “ DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT WE WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR PRODUCT and escalate where ever you want nothing is going to happen and if you do so we shall cancel and block your account.
After that shockingly when I have left no hope I have got call from Snapdeal and number is 1206747100 they are confirming your sound bar will be picked in two days keep it ready and when I have shared this incident he is telling there is no issue and will pick up. Today after two days when we are rechecking they are telling we will no pick up and our team has told don't entertain this customer and block his account ...and they are not sharing any reason as well
Pathetic Snapdeal !!!

Even today I am getting message that your sound bar will be picked up pls find the snap shot.
