I am Sunil Kumar Biswal. On 21 Aug.2019 I booked online bus ticket of₹447.00from Nawarangapur to Aska (via Gumuda)in OSRTC hi-tech bus through OSRTC mobile app.PNR no-O5292340,Transaction ID-BI2596197,seat no-4(w).Unfortunately that bus was cancelled that day so I returned home being harassed.The matter is that it is 30Aug.today but still I didn't get my money back.
