Complaint against Bigbazzar not returning my bag i submitted for repairing

I brought a wheel bag from Bigbazar Dombivli on 04/10/2015.
As the wheel brokedown and it was in warranty period, i submitted the bag in Bigbazzar on 09/04/2016.
They delayed for 1.5 months and the bigbazar store got closed.
I contacted with bigbazar located at Kalyan metro junction mall. They told they will update after checking the stock and delayed for 4 months. After 4 months they told they will not provide any help, and to contact new bigbazar opened at Palava city Lodha.
From last 3 week they are also not helping me.
They took all my bills and warranty card also. I have only the gate pass of bigbazzar.

Please help me to get the issue resolved.
