Complain for CROMA tablet issue from croma store waked pune

I have purchased croma tablet CRXT1131 from croma store waked pune.
Transaction ID SLF02A117020027403.
According to specification it was clear that tab have 16GB inbuilt memory.
I have installed three applications & it start showing that memory is full.
When I have checked I have observed that there is only 500 to 600 MB memory available as phone memory.
That time I have inserted SD card to move applications to the card.
I was shock to see that there is no option to move applications to SD card.
There are two internal memory indicating one is of 1GB & other is of 12GB.

I have submitted the tab to croma store pimpri for this issue on 2nd April under warranty of 1 year.
The person at support desk was really very very arrogant & behaving that he does not require job.
There were two representatives at desk which were busy in relaxing & chatting with each other.
I received a call from technician two days after.
He have told me that you will only get 500MB space for application installation.
I replied that there is some problem in tab, who will purchase tab for only two applications.
There must be option to move applications to SD card since it is standard function of android irrespective of brand of tab.
The person is denying to agree the fact & continuously saying the same thing that there is only 500 MB for application installation.
I have reported the same issue on croma helpline but they are also not interested to resolve the issue.

I am following the issue since 10 days.
i have written three emails but not received any response.
