Bus cancel by travel agency, no refund

1. Bus was booked from Jaipur to Halol (Gujrat) for date 21 Nov 2021. Bus number not given in e-ticket by goibibo.
2. Bus was cancelled by bus travel agency but no inform me on time by itself, Finally I reached on my office duty one day late and my one day salary (approx ₹1165)cutted. Bus Ticket cancellation refund (₹1755) also not done by goibibo.
3. No customer care number/email available of goibibo.
4. All time negative or no response when called the travel agency.
