We purchased online movie tickets for 2.0 3d at chennai. pvr vr cinemas show date 09/12/2018 time 9am. Booking was not done.

Total 4 tickets cost around rs. 480.80

Till date I am not getting my ticket. But the amount deducted from my account

So kindly send the tickets or refund the amount into my account
