Airline ticket cancelled But refund not done from cleartrip website.Goa to Bangalore ticket

We had booked online flight ticket from cleartrip website.Goa to Bangalore ticket dated 26th Aug 2016.
We got sms saying air Pegasus flights has been cancelled due to operational issue sorry for the inconvenience.

Then we called cleartrip explained wht happened he said rebook ur new flight tickets the cancellation amount will be refunded to ur card by 7working days.

Now its been almost 6months I have not received any refund from clear trip.And clear trip staff are telling unless v receive refund from air Pegasus airlines we will not able to process ur refund.

And very sad thing about in this case is they r not even commiting the date for refund.Forget Date NO assurance on refund itself now.

    Cleartrip not booked the student visa air ticket which is costing extra luggage charges. by Mayur Rajaram Kadlag:

    On dated 24 December 2017, I quoted to book the Air ticket from Pune to Munich for 3rd March 2018 multi airlines Jet Airways up to Abu-Dhabi then Etihad Airlines up to Munich Germany for the student visa. Cleartrip representative who booked this tickets is forgotten to mention Students Visa while booking i.e. he is not booked the students tickets.Due to this, we are suffering a lot of extra luggage issue.Extra luggage is allowed by Jet Airways as well Ethiad Airlines if the tickets are students visa.
    the representative is trying to cheat on this issue.After clear words about for carrying extra luggage and the policy of both Airlines is favoring to me.
    Cleatrip is mistaken that not booked the student visa tickets nor inform or not taken any clearance from me before booking this ticket as we were clearly mentioned in the booking form about the student visa.
    If any airline is not issuing student visa tickets then cleartrip representative must confirm with me, which is not done by cleartrip and which is costing me extra money/price for adding extra luggage
    Now Cleartrip does not agree to solve the issue nor ready to refund money if, I cancel the tickets before boarding time i.e. 3rd March 2018 at Pune Airport.
    Kindly help me on this issue so I can get extra luggage permission from Etihad Airlines.
    Cleartrip has to solve the problem.

    Sir,

    I have booked two passengers tickets on 11/07/2019 from Mumbai to Cochin for travel date on 12/07/2019.
    After making payment through my Kotak Bank credit card, the officer of cleartrip Ms.Sruthi called me to my mobile number 9702132019 and said since the money have not reached to the marchant from the bank, they are unable to issue the ticket.

    I have checked with Kotak Bank and they confirmed the amount of Rs.16672/- have been paid to clear trip.

    Kindly look in to this and refund my money at the earliet.
