Wrong information provide and charged penlty

Hello Please note my complaint against my credit card fake bill generated after my card closed I already payed my total due amount With EMI closed and then closed my Credit card on date 02/07/2019. But Bank generated Bill and send to me and they said to me your bill pending but I pay my total bill as per axis bank customer representative and close my card after pay due total amount.

But after 20 days they generate bill and send to my mail then I complaint NoDal office but they didn't respond properly after 2 months they send to me a mail and they said
' We apologise for the incorrect amount conveyed by our call center executive towards your card outstanding.'

And they charged the penalty every month .. now I pay total due amount with penalty but no one Looking my issue also they commit to me we reverse your penalty charges but they no reverse..
