This is to bring in your notice that i have been suffering from past somany months due to bank negligence towards the customers. This is truely a case of corruption here. . I have tried to get help from regional officer of bank of baroda regarding my case when I didn’t get any revert from my branch manager and staff of bank of baroda.

Below is my case details, kindly support me in this issue. I had submitted the application for internet banking and my mobile number change in the month of march i.e 25th march but still the request is pending. Account number: 21860100014840
Account holder name: Aanchal Tyagi.
I have been going again and again for my request but the people sitting there at rajnagar branch office simply ignore my request. After somany attempts in the branch i am writing this letter to you in seeking help from you atleast.
I have also raised the same request two years back but since i was moved out of the city so i couldnt follow up.
I dont stay in Ghaziabad at present due to my office location but for the same matter i always visit the rajnagar bob branch but no one listens to my complain. Inspite they asked me to freeze my account for sometime but its been 7 months my account has been freezed and no response has been given to me.
Who will pay the interest of my amount kept in bank if it is freezed. I have been going again and again. Who will be responsible for my convence. These bank people want me to loose my job and chase them??
Also when i check with customer care of BOB, they asked me to check with regional manager and when i went to take regional manager number, they have mentioned wrong number (0265-2363001) over the board as whenever i try that number it says wrong number.
This is really not acceptable from a customer. We have opened our account in such a bank. My old number is active which is being used by someone else. What if my account is handled illegally by someone else. I have raised this issue in front of all staff members but none of them was concerned. Despite they have asked me to withdraw my money and go to some other bank. If this could be the scenario then government bank are for what purpose. They just want to sit in the bank and do nothing.
I really need help, please help me with this as this issue has already taken a lot of time. Looking forward for the positive response.
