Regarding Complaint No - 1111186568925 One of the SBI sales person follow me for SBI BPCL Basic credit Card, Annual Charges is 499 + GST. But SBI issued Octave Credit Card (Premium Card) with annual fee 1499/- + GST. Once i received the message for Octave card i informed to sales person and Customer care that i am not interested in this card, but they both are not responsive and now my 1st Bill was generated and shows on my civil record. I am not accepting any credit card from SBI but still bill was generated. Already complaint to Customer care and sales person, but nobody is help me. Also raised complaint to Ms. Parul, Mr. Ankit and Mr. Mazid Khan to transfer the call or arrange call back from any Sr. Person / give written communication. BUt till now i am not getting any call or mail from SBI. Please help, this is my 2nd incident with SBI, where i am not satisfied with such a fraud company like other Pvt. sector Bank.
