Hi Sir/Ma'am,
I have account in Union Bank of India ,SADAR BAZAR New Delhi 110006.
I tried purchasing IPO 2 times on 16 Feb 2021 but my request got cancelled and my amount rupees 29140 blocked with Bank. Ideally It should be refunded to my account on 24 Feb to 26 Feb as per IPO rule but as my transaction failed it should be credited even before 26 Feb. But they are not responding to my mails and tweet. Even when I called them they are saying that they can't do anything. I tried to call bank but they are not responding.
I am getting mentally disturb as they are not taking any action and this is also affecting the interest that I am going to get in my account.

Please help me out to get my amount credited to my account.
I will be very thankful to you.
