Widraw money by Google pay account

My money on date 26-11-2020, 4000 rupes is withdrawal by my Google pay account but This transaction is failed. After failed this transaction my money 4000 rupes can't deposited on my account. I have also waiting 3 day as regulations of Google pay for failed transaction money deposit.but now more than 3 day is complicate.but this failed money 4000 can't deposit.
