UPI registration by customer care and fraudulent withdrawals!

With a view to wipe off loan at main branch I was guided by Mr Rajesh Kumar SBI customer care executive on phone (‭0747-8791062‬) to create UPI on 11/12/2018) sending a few links. Accordingly after creating UPI my account at central bank of India Lakadganj Nagpur got debited by Rs 40000/- for no reason. Having brought this fact to the notice of Mr Rajesh Kumar he immediately got it reserved within a few minutes. On the next day the same account got debited by nearly Rs 63000/- without my knowledge through phone Pe. I don’t have this app installed at my phone. Having brought this to the notice of Mr Rajesh Kumar immediately he assured me its refund within an hour stating that this delay in getting back the amount is owing to link failure. Having contacted him today I’m told that he has been removed from services. It’s is very suspicious as I could very well place the person talking on phone as Rajesh Kumar. On contacting him repeatedly he has been avoiding to talk with me anymore. May I therefore request you to investigate and set right the matter
