Fraud transaction Reversal money, We complained to SBI bank ( PBB Wakad )

My sister Ms. Pranita Pilkhane is holding A/c in SBI PPB Wakad branch.
A/c No 37768002456..
On 28 / 29 july-2018 Someone has withdrawn the cash of Rs. 80000/- from her account, whereas ATM Card was with physically present with her .
We complained to SBI bank ( PBB Wakad ) / Customer Care immediately on 29-July-2018.

All the necessary documents are submitted to bank.
we are continuously following with the bank personally / on customer care emails / emails to AGM mumbai.

We are not getting any update & confirmation on when the money will be credited in subject bank account.
Even after more 100 days passed there is no resolution on the complaint.
