APY - Refund I told her to cancel my APY registration and refund me

I had registered APY (Atal Pension Yojana) with HDFC Bank, and cancelled on 6th August 2018, because the Bank executive agreed with me and my colleague that 1st transaction would be happened in next month after registration but, in my case its done on same month and 2nd transaction done on 4th of August. because that my Two Wheeler loan Emi Bounced. After that I had cleared with Executive that she is responsible for my credit report.

I told her to cancel my APY registration and refund me, my amount then she said that amount will refund after 45 days, now 50 days over.

I am requesting to Bank that pay me

Tow Wheeler Loan Charges - 590 + 633 = 1233 & APY Refund = 630x2 =1260
