unjustified levy of penalty & interest charges on credit card

Myself Atul Eknath Patil having Saving account in Axis Bank Since 2011 and credit card account details of which are as below

I have been a regular customer of Axis bank since 2011,since then and paid credit card payment within time till Nov-2020 with Auto debit option .In Dec-20,my savings account has been charged with various charges and due to ( Negative balance) I could not made my credit card payment through this account.I tried to make credit card payment through other axis bank account & also through my another account in HDFC bank.But all these options are failed.
Meantime Bank has levied penalty & interest charges on credit card account in Dec-20 due to non payment hence I visited Axis bank to request to withdraw these charges and to make payment of credit card,But official refused to withdraw the charges & instead told me to make all payment with all the penalty.
Hence, again continued to follow up this issue with various bank executives ( Nodal officer, Circle officer, Customer Service manager, Grievance Officers on phone & by various mails since Dec-2020.(All mails are attached herewith).But, I was very disappointed because the response was very negative & rude by these officials.
I never deny to payment of my credit card amount which is due in Dec-20.But during all this period ( From Dec-20 to Jun-21), I am shocked to see that, my payment due of Rs,13918/- in Dec-20 , reaches to over Rs,Rs,28000/- in span of 6 months with application of various penalties & interest.Hence, I finally requests Axis Bank CMD Shri Amitabh Choudary to resolve the issue so that I can make my credit card payment.But still bank official refuses to withdraw these huge charges levied to credit card account.
Hence, I have lodged the complaint against axis bank on CPGRAM portal.But this time again,response of Smt Aarti Gandhi,Customer Service Manager (Regulatory Escalations Desk) is very negative.and refused to withdraw these unjustified charges.
So finally I paid the credit card payment of Rs,13918/-( which was due in DEC-20) through HDFC bank Cheque No,.63 dtd 26,06.21.& now want the bank to withdraw penalty & interest charges levied to this credit card account.
I requests your goodself, to ask concern bank authorities to withdraw this huge & unjustified interest & penalty charges which are still continued by the bank & to please oblidge me.
