Harrasment for credit card payment recovery

Hi Sir,

I have any outstanding credit card payment which was taken in the year 2020, I have paid EMI until April 2021.

Due to Covid-19 my job is not regularly and my personal problems I am not able to pay the EMIs,from last 2-3 months Now i am getting calls from Kotak, I was clearly told to the recovery agent saying will pay Emi from next months, he is calling my company HR and my relatives l and treating them.

Now there is a big threat for my life. If i loose my mental balance there is no other way I can able to solve the issue.

Please help to resolve it
