Unauthorized transaction - HDFC bank done two unauthorized transaction form my credit card

Dear Team,

HDFC bank done two unauthorized transaction form my credit card (5459648903229475 now block by bank) (347rs and 20068rs)on 09/08/2019 both tranjection same time 09:14am . After complaint bank returned Rs.347 but Rs.20068 still pending payable at my side.

Bank charge on this and fine my, this spoil my CIBIL score also iam not able to get any benefit from any bank.
Recently i have to change my job so i have to open bank account in HDFC Bank So they hold my all money and i do not get two salary from my last company so i don have money to spend.

I really depressed how can i manage this month i leave with my family here on rent it very difficult to
manage very thing

please help me.
