Dear Sir/Mam
I have booked train ticket from Gauhati to anand Vihar on 11 Sep 2018 with PNR No. 6419375511 .
But due to some resons i have canceled this ticket on 10 sep 2018 ( with Transaction Id 100001431228869) . but i have not recive the cancelation amount back in my account from last 15 days when i talk with ur customer care they advice me to mail this matter to us. i can Sahre every detail regarding this ticket with you.
I have also attach my account statement with this but yet not received any fund from ur side.
