Respected Concern,

My father (Premananda Pal, address - V+P Laxminathpur, Mathpara, Murshidabad, Domkal, WB - 742303) is an account holder of SBI Gangadashpara Branch, Domkal, Murshidabad, WB.

He had made an transaction of 9500/- on 23rd Feb'22, the same amount has been automatically debited from his a/c on 4th March 2022.

We have launch a complaint against this suspicious/unauthorized transaction to the branch on 5th March'22. BM said that deduction had done by mistake and amount would be refund to the a/c within 3 working days.

Till the date money has not been created to my father's a/c.

I have attached complaint sheet (receiving copy) and passbook copy for further action.

Request you to please look into this matter and resolve this problem ASAP.
