Dear sir my name p. Chandradeep. I am using SBH account. My account number:62113452697. Chuchukonda village branch. In our village your team response, working performance, explanation, customer handiling, replay, and if Customer asking any quarry they people's responding bulshitly. May I know are you provided any customer satisfaction services. In my village the SBH bank should maintaind 5 villages people's. There is having one branch only. after long time you are providing one SBH ATM machine but when you are provided ATM machine the ATM not working every day. If the machine is working means there is cash not available. Then what is the benefit of this machine. And when ever open the branch tat time only the ATM shatter opend. This is not a city this is only village bank opening time the all people's working farmer work. So please understand all the customers situations. Finally we are requestly asking please provide the ATM machine services on 24 hours. Please followup and maintain every day cash availability and machine working condition. Once Please visit the branch please don't pass the information also. And please send one of your normal person of this branch and observe all responses, behavior s and customer replys also. I am always Supporting with you if any quarry's please call me. My numbers:8099797379. And after 10 : 00 am also ATM not shatter not opened. Up to now no one attending the jobs in this branch and not open the branch also.
