Sir I have booked tatkal train tickets but the
tickets hasn't been booked and we're in wait list
then I have cancelled the tickets. Irctc has
already refunded the amount but payment has
not been reflected to the bank . I have booked
tickets using credit card. Please solve the issue
as soon as possible. Thank you.
