Rejection of complaint against money fraud in saving account

I , ANKIT SATIJA, holder of a/c no 0148000100832247,lost amt rs 9999 on 12 July 2022 at 1 46 pm by upi no 219322953340.transaction not done by me.someone hacked my bank details and phone number and did all fraud.loged FIR on 13 July 2022 ,FIR NO 20807220041386.loged complain pnb customer care on 25 july complaint no A194581293 which is rejected on 19 August from Bank.. reason not given
Please look in the matter as soon as possible need justice and my hard earned money back
