Amount transfer to cbse but cbse denied

Ctet candidate namely shashi application no 21100023918 as annexured tried to submit the fess of 1000 rupees through upi no yashmudgal69@oksbi on dated 20.09.2021 and the same amount is deducted from google pay and transferred in favour of cbse also annexured but your status was not updated and mentioned as ‘payment incompleted’
So I repeated the fees process through different mode successfully on dated 21.09.2021
So you are requested to refund my payment as soon as possible
