Regarding my paytm Unblocking

My paytm 9618580642has been blocked by kotak bank in August month due to fraud reported 2100. i have got it refund the amount and in sept end month kotak bank have unblocked all my channels uncluding paytm .they have sent mail to paytm regarding my unblocking but till now they have not unblocked my account.
