Refund not issued or refund stuck

Sir, I've booked a phone real me x2 pearl blue from Flipkart on7th of march 2020. I've paid Flipkart through googlepay ( tez) from my kotak Mahindra bank.and on the same day I've cancelled it.but Flipkart has intiated refund on 8th march and expected date is 24th march 2020. But today is April 10 till now I didn't get my refund sir.please help me in getting my refund back to my account.flipkart has intiated refund and given me the refnd reference number also.
(The seller has initiated the refund of Rs. 19999/- on 12 Mar 20 for order ID OD118046090066879000, the amount should have been credited to Upi Intent account by now. The reference number (ARN) for this refund is 006802879398.) This is the message sent from the Flipkart team and they are asking me to complaint the bank.but I'm not in the country..so please help me in getting my money back sir I really beg you
