आदरणिय मुख्यमंत्री जी मै रहिमुन निशा पति स्वर्ग कमरूज्जमा गाँव मोहम्मदपुर पोस्ट मकसुदा थाना सकरी जिला मधुबनी राज्य बिहार कि स्थायी निवासी हूँ। मैंने 2016 में 95000 हजार का लोन लिया था जिस के बाद किसी साल फसल सुखार वं कभी फसल दलहन हुआ जिस कारण मैं बैंक को पुरा ऋण न दे पाई। अब मेरे ऊपर बैंक का ऋण सहित एक लाख पाँच हजार (105000)रूपया हो गया हैं। बैंक मैनेजर पिछले एक महीने से मुझे फोन करके एवं कल दिनांक 26/07/2019 को नोटिस भेजा हैं कि 15 दिनो के अंदर लोन का पुरी राशि जमा करो वरना तुम्हारे ऊपर मुकदमा दर्ज करेंगे एवं कुरती जपती करेंगे तब समझमे आएगा।

महाशय कहना यह है कि मैं एक सीमांत किसान हूँ और अभी मैं इतनी राशि देने में असमर्थ हूँ। अतः आपसे अनुरोध हैं कि इस मसले का कोई हल निकाल कर मेरे ऊपर कृपा प्रदान करे जिसके लिए मैं आपकी सदा आभारी रहूंगी।
