Fraud/Unauthorized Transaction through SBI Account No: 32000661383 of my Mother - Indra Devi
After regular followup with the branch manager as he reply not possible to return the Amount Rs.77111/-, branch mgr said why you have not complain log within 24 hrs after fraud transaction, i have reply my mother did not give any OTP and card details to other than how could be happens. this all fraud transaction booked a IRCTC Ticket and also i have complained FIR to Madhubani Police station.
Please kindly do the needful.
