Dear Sir,
I am having deposit in Sahara India Priwar in Eshine Scheme. Earlier it was in Diffetent scheme but 06 years back it was converted to Eshine.At the time of conversion it was told that it can be broken anytime after 05 years. It is mentioned on certificate also that prematurity can be taken after 05 years. Last year I went to Hanumannagar, Kankarbagh , Patna branch where I was told that financial health of the company is not good. I was suggested to transfer the account in other branch where payment can be made. Since I am posted in Jehanabad I transferred the account in Jehanabad branch.From last one and half year I am visiting the branch but Manager is not responding at all. I am very old customer of Sahara but such kind of behaviour & non disbursement of amount is giving very bad impression about the company. We deposit money so that it can be utilized at the time of need.But even after one year of followup we are not getting response. My deposit details are as below:
