Dear Sir,

I have done fixed deposit(FD) in Sahara Credit Cooperative Society (Known as : SAHARA Bank, Chairman: Subrata Roy) few years ago. My money got mature but the said company is denying to return my money.
There are millions of investors are getting cheated by bank. These bank officials are torturing the public and a time threatening as well.
I also requested to Ministry of Corporate affairs but couldn't get satisfactory answer.
I am loosing hope each day passing as my hard earned money taken by SAHARA bank.

    I would like to state the following few lines for your consideration and immediate action.

    That- I deposited my investments at your Similiguda branch(2420) as given in the enclosed list. Mr. K.Ramesh kumar, the then manager of Similiguda branch mismanaged my investments and transferred my investments to different locations like Damanjodi, Vizayanagam and Visakhapatnam to keep the same under his control. All deposits were matured but I have not received anything even in my bad financial crises.

    At this stage I am feeling cheated and facing stress with mental agony as all of my savings are blocked by Sahara. On appealing to Similiguda and Damanjodi branches to clear some of the maturities, they are saying they dont have money and at the same time quoting problems to collect from other branches or head offices.

    During this crisis period, I am unable to meet my medical expenditures and other needful requirements of my family. At this senior citizen age, I want to construct my own residential house for which I need money invested with you. In this context I have approached the same to the different Sahara office and requested for clearance but no reply till date. When the local Similiguda branch is asked, the sahara personnel are misbehaving and saying to ask Subrat roy or write to head office or do anything. As such, please tell what option is left.

    I am enclosing the pending list of my deposits and I would like to request you once again to consider my case and take remedial action to release my mature amounts at the earliest at least from your Similiguda and Damanjodi branches for which I shall be obliged.
