Not responding properly and giving false information and misguiding the customer

On 12 of Oct I have deposited 1500 rs in my sister's bank account. The account was not used for 3 years so I ask the person who looks after this kind of issues. He told me to complete some KYC process complete & ask to diposit money another counter so I went to another counter and ask that lady is this account activat or deactivated she told your account is active you can withdraw and diposit money today I went agian to the bank to check the balance the same person told me that your account is deactivated since 2 years and no money is there he asked me to wait for 1 he in the row and he was talking on phone regularly and there was que of customer who were having there queries also every counter was closed only one counter was opened those people were terrible
