Non payment of Claim amount

My grandfather father died in 2010 and after that I had filed all the necessary documents related to claim as legal nominee but it has been almost 10 years now I didn't get any claim amount and the agent through which my grandfather invested the amount in various schemes of deposits not responding to me. That amount was invested by my grandfather for my marriage because of this delay I am facing so many issues as I only have those funds for marriage. Please help me
