I am Rakesh Chaturvedi from Ghaziabad using axis Bank service from 2016 saving account n credit card.during covid 19 lockdown I suffer from some medical n health issue me n my family that I am not able to make payment I request many time to bank executive that call regarding payment that give me some time or make it in installment but they can make my credit card outstanding payment in my saving account debit amount minus in saving. After 4 month I got my 3 month salary in one time that 90,000 in my axis Bank account and bank should debit my all amounts from account n also they block my card.
