On 05.04.2019 I deposited a sum of Rs, 10,500/- But the same was not successful. I also made a complaint to the Concerned Branch Manager on 08.04.2019. But after lapse of 13 days the above amount has not been credited to my saving account. I need a penalty of Rs. 5173.52/-. Please look into the matter and resolve as early as possible.
