I purchased MONTHLY TOLL PASS on my FASTAG for my Car MP097262 two times on National Highway Authority of India website which uses AXIS bank payment gateway for online payments. Each time Rs.225.00 paid by deducted from my account (first thru BHIM App and Second thru ICICI bank) but I did not get the MONTHLY PASS. Emailed my grievance several times and contacted on phone too but the money is not refunded.
I want compensation of my money and the troubles and harassment faced.
