Sir I am Vinod Kumar Mishra, having account in your bank from last 10-15 year , I am visiting at your Satna branch many times but your staff & security guard behaviour very bad , miss behaving with customer, not give right information, if I say any complaint with officer the say close your account,no need to operate
, I have my daughter's Sukanya yojana account ,but from last 6- 12 month not possible to deposit money,due to technical problem as per your cashier & officer statement, first the say Sukanya yojana account now seez, due to kYC not completed, before 15 days I visit with my doughter at branch to submit KYC , & all required data given which he need , but when I submit cash deposit slip ,they declined, he said come another day , they repeat may time this arguments , today my doughter Sonalika Mishra visit at branch to deposit cash on her Sukanya account , again declined by cashier & manager ,& miss behave

Point is that why you not confirm to why my doughter Sukanya account accept deposit
Your bank security guard is work like a manager , & miss behaving please help me due to i loss interest wetween this period ,
